to write about Ron Smothermon is for me rather difficult since he is my basic mental teacher
i do not agree in all points of his teachings, but i think that i do agree in the very important
i've read all his books, or better said i studied them word by word & thought by thought
the most helpful were for myself "Winning Through Enlightment" & "Transforming #1"
i disagree in a lot of points of "The Man Woman Book", maybe even in all
what attracted myself mostly on his teachings, were the cute, pointed, sometimes very nasty words & terms
they can blow one's mind clear & that was, what i have needed 10 years ago, as i've read his books
Ron Smothermon sees himself related to Werner Erhard, another mental teacher, who came up several ten years ago with the controversial Est-Training
the following of this training was The Forum guided by different teachers in many countries around the world in many languages
i absolved that training in german, have learned of course something good, but meantime i do not agree with the entire machinery behind - it seems to me like a sect in which the reason of a singular human is not welcome
when you visit Ron Smothermon's site, so you can see there offered a correspondence course in personal transformation - i didn't made it, i have some difficulties with singular points of this course, i do not agree with some of its borders & some of its goals
i write about the disagreements to inform you about the differences
but nevertheless, i wouldn't be where i am, maybe i even wouldn't exist anymore, if Ron Smothermon woudn't offered his teachings to the world, so all regards to him
